The owner David Tripodi began work in the field of building operations and maintenance at various levels—from Building Operator, to Building Operations Manager—before venturing out to start his own business. Certified with the Ontario Association of Engineering Technicians and Technologists, he has built his business on the foundation of goal orientation with respect to facility operations and maintenance.

Working directly with property management groups and building owners, Pro-Tech Building Services specializes in the maintenance management of small to mid-sized commercial properties.
